  • HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING & DELIVERY?
    Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout. UK parcels are sent via EVRI using the standard or next day delivery options. Please note, International Deliveries (outside the UK), may be subject to custom or import fees, which are to be covered by the customer.   • DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
    At present, we do not yet offer standard free shipping. However, join our community to be the first to know about any updates and special offers.
  • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
    Yes, we ship all over the world to ensure that Légacie London can be enjoyed by everyone. Please note, International Deliveries may be subject to custom or import fees, which are to be covered by the customer.   • CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
    Cancellations are possible, however they are not guaranteed. Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at contact@legacielondon.com and we will do our very best to accommodate your request. Please note, once your order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make any amendments to your order.
  • I AM EXPERIENCING AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER
    We are very sorry to hear you are experiencing issues and apologise for any inconvenience. Please contact us at contact@legacielondon.com with details of your issue and we will do our very best to rectify it. Please note, any order issues raised after 14 days of receipt are unable to be considered.
  • CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
    Yes, you can track your order via the confirmation email you will be sent after purchase. If you have an account with us, the status of your order will be visible on your Order History page.
  • HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
    You can return your order up to 14 days after it has been delivered, if all tags are still attached and the garment is in brand new condition with no marks or signs of wear. Please find all returns information here. Please note, we do not currently offer free returns. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with the return of an order.
  • CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
