RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are dedicated to providing you with a seamless, enjoyable and memorable shopping experience. It is important that you feel entirely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item, subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. For a return to be accepted, the item must be in its original condition: unwashed, unworn, with all original tags and labels intact. The item must show no signs of wear and must be make-up, fragrance and stain free. 

1.2. Items purchased in a general sale will not be eligible for a return, exchange or credit note. Please note, this does not include items purchased with a discount code.

2. Initiation of your Return

2.1. To begin the returns process, please follow these steps:

• Send us an email at: contact@legacielondon.com

• Include your order number, the item you would like to return and your reasoning

• Return the item via a reliable carrier. Please ensure the parcel is safely and adequately packaged to avoid any damage in transit. 

• Drop off your parcel at your nearest point. We encourage you to keep your proof of postage safe until you have received your refund.

3. Return Shipping

3.1. The customer is responsible for the cost associated with sending a return. Please use a reliable shipping method with tracking and insurance to ensure the safe return of the item. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. 

3.2. UK returns must be sent via Royal Mail. 

3.3. International returns must be sent via your own international postage system. 

3.4. Parcels will be returned to sender should they be sent via methods not listed above.

4. Inspection and Approval 

4.1. Once we receive the returned item, we will assess it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria as per the aforementioned requirements in Section 1 . We will notify you upon inspection of the item and notify you whether the refund was approved or rejected. 

4.2. If the return is approved, we will process your refund as soon as possible. Please note, this will take up to 14 days, however, during our busy periods it is possible that this may take slightly longer. We will ensure we keep you up to date.

5. Refund Process

5.1. Refunds will be issued back to the same form of payment used for the original transaction.

5.2. Please allow up to 14 business days from the date we receive your return for the refund to be processed and for the funds to be credited to your account. Please note that timings may vary depending on your bank.

6. Exchanges
6.1 Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition: unwashed, unworn, with all original tags and labels intact. 

6.2 To request an exchange, please email us at contact@legacielondon with your order number and details of the item and size you'd like to exchange.

6.3 The customer is responsible for the cost associated with sending a return (as per section 3). We do, however, pay for the cost of the postage back to you for UK orders (this does not apply to international orders).

7. Changes to the Returns Policy

7.1. Légacie London reserves the right to modify this returns policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

7.2. By making a purchase from Légacie London, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this 14-day returns policy.​​
